THE Residences at Sheraton Cebu Mactan brings a resort residential development to the bayfront of Punta Engaño, Mactan. Developed by AppleOne Mactan Inc., in partnership with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide Inc., this project is the first branded resort residential development of Sheraton in Southeast Asia.

This resort-living development will have 250 rooms and suites, three dining venues, ballroom and function spaces, enhanced lobby lounge, with property offerings that would include the Shine Spa, recreation facilities such as lagoon swimming pools and state-of-the-art Sheraton Fitness that are all scheduled to open in 2019.
